We had 80 sets of various facilities and 130 million RMB ,our wedge rolling process and technology came from University of Science and Technology Beijing !The basis principle of wedge rolling process is firstly putting the heated rods into the middle of two same-side rotating molds with wedge-shaped gibbous , the rods was driven by molds to do reverse turning movement , at the same time rods is compression deformation in radical and extension deformation in axial ,finally the ladder shaft component is achieved.
